Hi Heidi! I've been having lots of trouble with forearm stands, I just can't seem to get them down! Do you have any advice?

Straps and blocks are great tools for keeping your elbows in line with your shoulders in forearm stand (setting it up right is key to making it easy :) ) Dolphin push-ups and forearm plank holds are great for building the strength to hold your forearm stand one you are up there! Deep breaths - your body will get there when it’s ready! xo
