Straps and blocks are great tools for keeping your elbows in line with your shoulders in forearm stand (setting it up right is key to making it easy :) ) Dolphin push-ups and forearm plank holds are great for building the strength to hold your forearm stand one you are up there! Deep breaths - your body will get there when it’s ready! xo
