Hey there! Being vegan, Nutritional Yeast is a great way to get Vitamin B-12.  There are also tons of cereals and drinks fortified with B-12 as well.  As for protein and calcium, there is more than enough to be found eating a plant based diet filled with vegetables, legumes, beans, fruits and grains :)
